I wonder how these people with an insane amount of chickens have any time to spend on this forum. Is there a contest going on to see who can get the most chicks, chickens, and eggs in the incubator without sploding and destroying your family.

Exactly! But some people just ignore all that stuff...sadly. And this isn't supposition, I have seen it, right in DH's own family.
