I may be getting up prior to the crack of dawn on Saturday to go sell some birds. I am soooooo not a morning person. But I have 23 black d'Uccle chicks, 3 GoldNeck Surprises, and 2 Lavender Surprises that will need room to grow really REALLY soon.

Sad that she responds to the phone but manages to not hear me calling for her when I yell. So now I always call. And she gets in serious trouble if she doesn't answer her phone....


Boyd, morning people scare me. I still don't know why I married one.
C'mon over and get some Margarita. The freezer door crushes ice like a pro, so after you gurgle a little pre-mix into it you have an instant frozen margarita. Yummy!

Seriously, ya'll are welcome to come stay a while!

We have a large firepit in the center of a gravel-filled circle of raised garden beds. We have marine speakers upstairs on the porch that play music loudly enough that we can rock out while cleaning the coop or working on the yard. And we have Wii, plus some other game system that the kids pooled their $ to buy that I can't remember the name of at the moment. We could be party central at the drop of a hat....

And we have a guest bedroom in the basement as well as a full bathroom with a shower as well

Ask LadyHawk; she spent the night once. And needs to come back, stay longer, and bring her DD!!!
