I made him and Ella clean it up, felt bad for Ella, she didn't make the mess. I know he didn't get them all in the proper bin, which annoys me. My kids are trained better. His mother offered to leave him longer so he could clean up, but I (politely) told her to get him out of here.

I'm thinking of banning him from our house for the next 6-12 months.

Ella earned a treat! And a thorough scrubbing up since she was near the sick kid....

This woman usually only calls when she wants something. She called my house phone 4x yesterday, my cell 3x and when I didn't answer any of those calls - she had her husband IM my husband.

I'm afraid of Aleve. When I took O Chem in college, we learned about mirror image substances. When the substance is created, it forms mirror images - the one substance was good but the other is deadly, so they have to seperate them before using them. The example they used in class was Aleve and I haven't taken it since.

I had to actually work this morning.

I took an Alleve because I was already achy. Copying and stapling 100's of papers made me achier (i before e).


DD's band won their competition, but half the kids are still disgusted because the performance was not it's best. This was a small competition, though (7 bands). The next one is with 20 other bands! They'll have another competition before the really big one in Atlanta at the end of October.
