(Every December I look back at my calendar and write a "Year in Review" of each month's highlights. I couldn't help but notice that for much of January, February, March, and April, I had marked the days that were "down". Some of them were "v. down" (very), but that was mostly February. It's a wonder I survived, when almost every day for four months you feel down enough to make a note of it in your calendar.

So, I guess that's why I'm trying to find ways to head off bad feelings at the pass. So they don't gang up on me and take me away. Wish me luck.
