Yes, that is definitely a problem. Too many people having their own herds of children and living on welfare and food stamps. If you can care for them, the more the merrier. If you expect me to pay for you to continually reproduce while you sit on your hindend eating bon bons and watching Jerry Springer, go jump off a cliff.

My mom had 2 sisters and a brother. Her parents came here after WW2 and struggled. But I guarantee you they never needed assistance. My grandpa worked multiple jobs and my grandma cleaned houses. Nice big happy family. Not even that big.....but big enough.

My dad was an only child, the little monster.

That's coincidental, Nella. My mom has two sisters and a brother too. Her dad worked as an accountant for International Harvester and her mother was the world's meanest 50s housewife.

My dad is nearly an only child, his older sister was 18 and out of the house when he was born. He had a nephew born the same year he was.

We live on a hill, too.

DH was telling his relatives that if we ever get flooded they'll be under 100 feet of water already....
