Ok, in June of last year we bought him from the people we were working for. We paid $2000 for him. In december we decided that he really wasn't being used properly or enough and we needed to find him a new home so we would have room when the mares foaled in the spring. We put an add on CL and a couple of horse sites. Three days later we got an email from a woman who runs a rescue in the area saying it was her horse and we didn't have the right to own him much less sell him.

Well the sellers said the horse was abandoned, the rescue said it was a free lease, the agent told everyone the horse was dead and in the end the seller came back to us and bought him back to try and make the lawsuit go away. As far as I know it did not but we no longer have the horse. And no longer work for those people.

Meh. They are not so bad--exept the last one. BIG holes turn into saggy nasty scary dangles by 35. No girl wants to get busy with that. And if she does, she has something that is just as scary and dangly, somewhere.

You should go with him to the concert. One of my best memories of my "pre-crazy" mom is her taking me to an Aerosmith concert. Some guy tried to grope me, and she laid him out flat. One punch. *sniff* So proud....


OR- he could be som embarassed he never asks again.

When I was in high school, I went to a Bruce Springsteen concert with a friend. Some guy tapped me on the shoulder and offered me a mary jane ciggie. I was awfully naive back then, but at least I knew what the heck THAT was! I left the concert room and went next door to the ice hockey rink to get away from the noise and smoke and crowd. Wish I had brought my skates...
