I'd love to take credit for it, but my dad did the same thing when I was 4 or 5. I had been looking for the sleighbells we had as kids, and I found out my mother gave them to my sister. SO, she has a set for her new little boy, and now my boys have one too!

It was very nice to see her, and she briefly flew our way and made sure we could see that she was a redtail hawk. Then she flipped her wings at us and flew away.

Now we're watching Pirate Radio together as a family, in front of the fire, as it snows outside. Ahhhhh!!!

Welp, I have the good fortune (?) of working today, but I am blessed to telecommute from home so I've spread my hours out over the course of the day and have had a wonderful day with my husband and had a friend come by earlier, etc. Our kids are grown/gone, so we got together with them last night (well, except for the 3 who are out of state).

So Merry Christmas from my office. Hugs to everyone!
