I still have some Margarita left at my house. Takes me weeks to drain a pre-mixed bottle. I'm a lightweight.

I may be getting up prior to the crack of dawn on Saturday to go sell some birds. I am soooooo not a morning person. But I have 23 black d'Uccle chicks, 3 GoldNeck Surprises, and 2 Lavender Surprises that will need room to grow really REALLY soon.

not only am I a morning person I will personally volunteer to help you drain some margarita's

I'm pretty sure I need to stupervise Boyd in his margarita adventure.

Careful about that... Belle said something like that once and ended up with me for about a week...

I ain't skeered.

Guess I'll be going to a chicken swap for sure on Saturday. DH said he'd drive. Apparently he's scared to leave me alone with a bunch of hillbillies with chickens.
And he's desperately grateful to know birds are being sold. Have to watch him and make sure he doesn't load more of them than he's supposed to!

Lori, be skeered, VERY skeered. I heard about that particular week...

You're joking, right?
Chaos is fun, order is boring.
DH does not like chaos as much as I don't like mornings. He calls me a long series of train wrecks. He thought marrying him would make me more orderly but I brought him over to the dark side instead. He's only slightly dark though. His OCD gets in the way of him embracing chaos.

We had a great time!

We met a yahoo on Craigslist that wanted to buy my birds. Michelle got a front row seat to what chicken mites look like.

We went to the farmers market (which I'd never been to even though I've lived here for 11 years)
We played in the rain because she didn't believe me when I said rain water in July is warm.
We went to Otter's Creek and played in the creek with my kids (she'd never seen a crawdad before) and she liked taking pics of bugs
We drove along the Blue Ridge Parkway - making sure to stop at all the look-out points for pictures
We made lots and lots of food and she finally got to try my Biscuits and Chocolate Gravy and she makes some killer Jalepeno Poppers
We chatted by the fire and I found out she's incapable of roasting marshmellows without catching them on fire

Did I miss anything, Michelle?

Well, there's where he and I differ. I'd call you a short series of train wrecks.

Bye Michelle - have fun with the bratwursts.

<--------- ADHD

Also NOT a morning person and a constant source of train wrecks, too. DH is a morning person, but he's not allowed to comment on my train wrecks unless he's willing to clean them up and since that will never happen, he doesn't get an opinion.
