HH, that's exactly what I'm going to make for my visitors this weekend! I haven't made it in years and since it's Dad's favorite, I thought I'd give it a shot. Do you have a fabulous recipe (i.e. never-fail)? I have a recipe I got off the internet.

I love mashed potatos. No ham, but could use a nice big vat of mashed potatos. And wine. And crescent rolls.

.....dang it, where's my elliptical again? ha.

Nells, I got an idea - instead of dropping bucks on a future clothes hanger, why don't you walk from your house to the packy every day? Burns the calories, makes everybody happy.

Good idea. I was going to make them new year's morning but I seem to have an abundance of eggs right now, so thinking an egg bake is in order that morning.

I love menu planning when other people do it for me.

Buffy sent me a quiche recipe that is sooooo simple and really yummy. Made it Christmas morning and everyone loved it!

Thanks Buff!

Haaaaaaaaaaaaaa. No. I live in the boonies in a dry county. If I walked to the packy every day I would never make it home again. Maybe I should just sell it all and camp out at the packy?

I actually like using the elliptical......that was always my favorite at the gym. But the gym is too far away and inconvenient. If nothing else, I will try this for a few months and then resell on craigslist

You did??? That's so cool! Now I'll have to e-mail my friend from NY who gave it to me back in the 1980's!

Dear Friend,

Remember back in 1982 when you gave me a quiche recipe? Well, just wanted to let you know that I made it and it was good. Thanks.

Love always,

I once used an elliptical. I was very fit at the time, both cardio and musculature. I lasted 2.5 minutes on the elliptical. They are manufactured in H ell.

See, if I used it for an hour a day (maybe split into 2 x 30 minute sessions) I would be in shape in no time at all. I used to do 30-45 minute sessions on it at the gym. It is definitely a struggle.

Ellipticals rock for when you can't get outside. Guess what? My new ice spikes work great, I went running last night! (I sure hope I didn't already mention that here.)

Sliced turkey would be really good on those, HHandbasket.

Buffy, cough up that quiche recipe, I love quiche.

Nells, you ever have mashed potatoes made from Yukon Golds? The best mashed potatoes, EVER.

I HATE these forms. Did I mention I hate these forms?
