There was a sign at the store yesterday that said these one drinks I like are $1 instead of thier usual $1.50 so I got 20. They rang up at thier usual price and I said, but there's a sign over there that says $1. Well, one of the ladies got it and pointed it out that the sign at the bottom in lil letters says "as of: 12/31" but then the 3 of them...cuz that's how many people it takes to 'splain their mistake...said, but we have to give it to you because we left the sign up and they even took a couple of minutes to hunt down the manager to verify that's what they should do. And of course, they gave it to me.
So basically I got 6 1/2 drinks free...so I am drinking my free Fuze~pina colada enhanced with calcium and vitamins A, C, E, B3, B5, B6 and B12 and 90 calories, 0 from fat.
Moral of the story... g watched extreme couponing and can not compete....working down a $1,000 bill to $55 and change....and having a lifetime supply of toothpaste and noodles...I just can't come close, I'm not that learned in the art of couponing.
