What are they having you do?
We were lucky when we bought our house, we had ZERO issues with anything. It almost seemed too easy. Hmm.
Of course, when we buy a house next time (at least six more years *sigh*), I'm sure it will be much much harder.
Correct the address on an inspection because it says 4415 Bodenburg Loop instead of 4415 S. Bodenburg Loop Palmer, AK 99645 and of course I have to prove I'm not on a loan that I can't get any info on because I'm not on it. Same mortgage company, ex-husbands loan, it doesn't even come up on my credit report...
My oldest sis brought over a pot of "beef stew" except it really seemed mostly like a large vat of noodles in a little bit of beef broth with 6 tidbits of carrots and 3 tidbits of celery and a few tidbits of onion and a handful of beef. Apparently there was a few more beef chunks under it all but I dumped it all out for the chickens and there's a chicken trying to shake it's head and tear a peice of beef up.
but shhh...don't tell my sister. Normally she cooks good. Mostly weird things and not plain stuff like this. You know, like things from a different orgin... If I were to make a "stew" well, by golly it would have chunks of veggies in it and you'd see the colors in it for sure and not be mistaken that I didn't just hand you over a vat of beefy flavored noodles and I would have eased up on the noodles...although, I'm used to cooking my beef stew with tater chunks.
Think it's too soon to cook up my own and show her how it's done?
I mean...every darn frozen veggie I have on hand is in there...not just a tidbit of carrot and celery and onion...Lots of nice chunks of those and corn and beans and tomatos.... I'm making myself hungry and that day old movie theater popcorn didn't do me any justice and I think really that it tastes horrible...it's got a funky after taste.
Hey I bet you people on this thread can help me out here! I need a super easy baked chicken recipe. I have chicken breasts and red potatos. Not much else. What now?
