Ooops, I did, didn't I?

Although I just leave the insert in my crockpot and we fill our plates from there, none of that fancy-schmancy moving the insert to the table business for ME.

Oh, I should tell you what I did one time. Being smart and all, I filled the insert with soapy water and put it back in the heating unit and turned it to high to loosen any baked-on bits in the crockpot. Got it nice and hot and then promptly stuck my hand in it to scrub it out. I sounded like a dog being attacked by a cat. EY EY EY EY EY EY!!!!!

Won't be doing THAT again.

Does that mean the things you collect are in the closet? Or that you have not let anyone know about your hoarding?

I'm a hoarder...there...I said it. Now where do I go from there? ooo...look an auction!!!

Does anyone have a tolerance for cranky toddlers??

DH and I don't have any kids, so I can make whatever rules I desire at this point.

I nuked the potato that I'm eating right now. Didn't feel like draggin out a pot. I did peel it and cut it in chunks and use more of my chicken broth, but overall lazy today!

I know, right?! I knew the blessed thing was hotter than Hugh Jackman and I went right ahead did it anyway. I guess I have a problem with seeing something full of soapy water...must....scrub....

I may have done that.

Once in highschool on summer break I worked at a manmade beach and did concessions and managed to burn my arm on the fry basket leaving the imprint burnt into my skin and my boss told me that I could f* up a wet dream. What? You think I'm that much accident prone? My dad called me a walking disaster but I re-named myself Beautiful Disaster like the song.

I actually am a bit of a hoarder. My father was very minimalist. I was bound to go one way or the other. I do struggle against the tendancy, and dh helps a lot. When he says it's time to clean things out, I do. It's just really really hard for me. I just *know* I'm going to need that piece of paper one day.

I know it's silly, but that doesn't make it easier to get rid of things.

And I LOVE to buy things. Not necessarily shop, but buy things. You never know when you'll need that obscure whatchamacallit. See, silly.

I can tune out cranky toddlers, but the DH cannot. I CANNOT tune out yelling Dh's. So I try to head the problem off before it starts.

Gotta jet, ladies! Have a good day, ok?
