MY FRIENDS

today was a bit ridiculous. After the 16 hour trip yesterday I came back to work with nearly the entire day's worth of work waiting on me. Sigh.

Nearly ate one of my sales guys for lunch too.


I have to tell you all my pharmacy drama today.

So I have 2 prescriptions called in yesterday. I go to pick them up today. Am 5th in line in the drivethru. Sigh. So I get up to the front finally and the old bat informs me that my insurance declined my birth control pills. The same pills I have been on for the last year........so they'll be $90. I tell her that I had a coupon card that was good for 12 fills and I had only used 9 of them on my last prescription (which had used only 9 of 11 refills, however it was 1 week over a year old so therefore it was EXPIRED regardless of how many refills were left). And she told me she would have to look into it and I'd have to come back later.

I was all, look at my last prescription which STILL HAD REFILLS and it'll show that I had a card to make it only $24. Yes, she said she needed to do that however it was too busy and I couldn't hold up the line. I said UH, but I need themtoday. And she said, Oh we're open until midnight.....i'll take your cell # and call you to let you know whats going on.

I had to leave so I wouldn't kill her. Like seriously. and lemme just say, it is now 4 hours later and I've had no phone call. I am so going to raise so much cain tomorrow y'all don't even know. i am going to call and yell and be HATEFUL. I should have just put the car in park and said FEEL FREE TO CHECK INTO IT BECAUSE I AM NOT MOVING.

And then apparently fill my prescriptions elsewhere. Target maybe? Walmart is always SO BUSY. I hate walgreens. CVS is obviously retarded.

I actually might be looking forward to calling tomorrow and ripping the pharmacy manager a new one. That might be good entertainment.
