My two silkies are setting on eggs, haven't candled them yet, but maybe, just maybe, I'll get peeps around March 7th.
They are feed store silkies, and the roo is a black bantam one, I guess some type of game, the one DH found in the bush injured.
So, it'll be interesting to see what I get. My silkies are white.
I still have to move them, so they chicks don't get pecked when they hatch.
Maybe thats what I can do this weekend, along with brush pony.

Do you think I look too big for my pony?
Sometimes I feel silly on a pony. But he is sooooooo cute, and he is 13.1 hands.

Do you know they ship those ribs ALL OVER the US? I was amazed when I heard that. And bottles of sauce, too.
We are surrounded by them, but the one on the river is our favorite. They will keep branching out, I'm sure. It is another of those places we can count on to serve a tasty enjoyable meal. And the kids dinner's come in paper old-fashioned cars. I can't tell you how many beanie babies went for long 'rides' in those cars in the weeks that followed a meal from Calhoun's.....
