I know I’m jealous! I’d have to stage it by going on a 40 minute hike to find at least 1 leaf that isn’t brown

Ok, I guess this is my other entry. It's so hard to get pics of anything with fall colors here. It's just prairie and marshes, lol. The trees go from green to brown so fast.
This is my puppy, Avery. She's 11 months old.

I feel your pain. We get zero fall weather or colors here. I think thats why I like watching these photo contests so much.

That is a very funny tree, It has several lower branches that are all right in the middle of changing, and the rest of it is still green. It has laid a beautiful carpet of brilliant fall colors underneath. I did flip over a couple of leaves that were upside down, but it is really quite beautiful under the branches, with the bright colors against the green background.
