Audrey is my sourdough starter.

Ingredients:

The basic boule is very simple. Lukewarm water, salt, and flour. In order to turn it into sourdough, add some starter and let sit for a day or so to get the proper flavour. The boule can be kept in the refrigerator for up to two weeks until you want to bake it.

Baked in the oven on a pizza stone over a pan of water:

Over on the bakers thread, several of us have named our Starters! One is called Genesis, another is called Penny!

I just pulled another loaf out of the solar oven. I'm getting better at it.
