Audrey is my sourdough starter.
Ingredients:

The basic boule is very simple. Lukewarm water, salt, and flour. In order to turn it into sourdough, add some starter and let sit for a day or so to get the proper flavour. The boule can be kept in the refrigerator for up to two weeks until you want to bake it.
