Ended Official BYC 2022 Summer Fair—Baked Goods Contest

I tried making them a couple times. I did not like them but it was fun to try something new.

Do you use a fine strainer on the the almond flour? Mine got smoother when I did that. Not an entry.

Beautiful!
I strained it a couple of times through a flour sifter. I think somewhere I saw that if the egg whites are room temperature it will make the shells smoother.

Entry #4 Strawberry shortcake. I'm not a fan of the bisquit type of shortcake. This recipe has been handed down through the generations, so yummy!
This one is making my mouth water. I haven't had a good strawberry all year. That looks so good.
