Yes please. This looks so good.I don't have a photo of ingredients so this isn't an entry, but it's an Oreo mug cake I made a while ago. I replaced the chocolate flavouring with vanilla & added crushed up Oreo biscuits in. It was delicious, and tasted better than any normal cake I've ever made!

The runny looking bits on the side of the mug are because it overflowed and exploded
I'll have to make a new one soon so I can enter it
(The Oreos on top are mini Oreos, it's not that big lol)
You must be good at making bread. Those look so perfect.View attachment 3583868
Brioche loaf, bagettes and burger buns (cooked in muffin tin as the closest I've got to what's needed for buns), all made from the same batch of dough, made with these ingredients

thank you - it's lots of practice! And actually measuring out the ingredients instead of eyeballing themYou must be good at making bread. Those look so perfect.
My bread always looks like I took it hostage and force it into the bread pan. I don't make it often, so definitely not enough practice here. Not sure how much kneading is enough, and when it's too much. I used my mixer with the dough hooks last time and it helped some. I definitely need to learn more.thank you - it's lots of practice!
