I have used agave in jams..however it wound up being syrup.lol. I don't use pectin typically and so I wasn't thinkin, hey your putting liquid in here, get pectin. However, the jams all sealed..and lasted till they were all ate. And they tasted good. Like real sugar. If I did it again , I would get pectin.
I wonder how a sugar-free version of your recipe would be??? 🤔🤔 have you ever considering trying monkfruit in place of the sugar??
