• Brazilian Cheese Rolls •​

These cheese rolls more than double in size when baked. The center is soft and gooey cheese, encased in a cheesy dough, with a slightly crisp outer edge.

• Tapioca Starch
• Cheddar Cheese
• Parmesan Cheese
• Whole Milk
• Olive Oil
• Eggs
• Salt

Note: When I made this recipe, I used the entire bag of Tapioca Starch. I threw the bag away before I knew about this contest. My sister kindly printed out a photo of the bag I used. If that goes against the rules, my apologies.

These are like small deep-fried cream puffs. They puff with air in the center, making it hollow. It's finished off by tossing them in confectioner's sugar. Sometimes I serve then with a whipped honey butter or raspberry sauce.​

• Blueberry Roly-Poly •​

This is my great-grandmother's recipe that has been passed down through the generations. It is a mildly sweet biscuit-like dough filled with blueberries & cinnamon. It is baked in water, lemon juice, and sugar. It is topped with a sweet nutmeg cream sauce. This recipe is very German.
