Yummy! How did it taste?
It's our favorite popcorn recipe! It's nice and sweet but balanced out with a little salt and a nice strong vanilla flavor. I actually like it best on the second day after it is made because the popcorn itself becomes soft and gooey. On the first day, the popcorn is nice and crisp coated in the warm melty caramel.
We also think that blue popcorn kernels taste better than regular popcorn kernels!
 
Tell your dad that the man of the house here uses that excuse too!
It wasn't an excuse; he's allowed to have as much caramel popcorn as he wants! He provides for our whole family every day. Least I can do is make him some yummy treats as a thank you. I'm blessed to have a wonderful daddy that wants to glorify God in everything he does.
He wanted to complement my popcorn and let everyone know that he loves it. 😊
