Here we go, entry one. Fried milk, pretty simple to make but some notes:
Make sure to stir as you add the corn starch to avoid clumps
It's delicate so be careful while coating them.

It's actually Chinese, you basically thickin the milk and let it let in the fridge and then bread it and fry it. It's a very mellow sweetness so I serve it drizzled with sweetened condensed milk

What do you thicken the milk with?

What do you thicken the milk with?

It's one cup milk, 2 tablespoons sugar and 3 tablespoons corn starch heat in a saucepan till thick. Pour in a tray lined with parchment paper. Refrigerate 2 hours or until well set. Cut into strips and bread in corn starch, egg, and panko. Deep fry till golden brown.

You could add more sugar if you like things sweeter.
