Do pictures add to the "read time" of an article? I get it that pictures are viewed and not read, but am wondering if the space that pictures/videos take up within an article increase the overall read time?

Hmm just thought of another question on that note, can videos be imbedded within articles the same as they are within threads?

One final query, do comments and questions by others at the end of an article increase the overall "read time"? It seems to me that over time they do, but was wanting to confirm .

Great question, and according to the test I just did, pictures do not increase the read time.

They can! They can also be uploaded to the Gallery then linked like this:
