you did one too? i slipped outside the Chickie run Saturday, and have mucked up my left arm and wrist pretty bad. i got up and staggered into the HenHouse, to find 3 more eggs in Box 1! I started seeing lights, so i set the eggs on a picnic table so i could try to get indoors before i passed out, lol. I did clumsy, but effective triage, and now have a useless fiberglass wing, and an Ortho Surgeon in my near future. Crappy timing, as I have an eggbound Jersey Giant who is inside needing my care.
Will look to see what went on with you, as i can!

Dear Diary,
Today I auditioned for America's Top Chicken Model. I was told as a bantam I was too short. Yeah, well the one who won was a Jersey Giant. But back in the green room the same Jersey Giant was complaining to me that when she was growing up the boys didn't like her because she was "too tall", "Look JG", I told her, " I don't want to hear your complaints, next week you will be on the cover of Backyard poultry."
So that is my day Diary, here I am left standing at my photo shoot with my rejection letter and a paper skirt.
