Poor girl! She's losing everything everywhere! I even see some pins on her head!
I've had those moments with some of my hard molters too. At least it's a relief when you know they're just molting!

Based on the feathers scattered around the yard my chickens are molting, but it doesn't look like they are, except for maybe my Buff Orpington, it sorta looks like her neck is a little bit deflated, and my GLW has a couple of bald spots, though that might be because she's at the bottom of the pecking order. Either way she looks a bit pathetic.
