We all love to spoil our beloved flock with treats every once in a while. Giving treats to your chickens helps give their diet some variation. It likewise helps to keep them happy and laying eggs. For this contest we would love to see pics of your chickens devouring their treats. Share your photos for a chance to win 1 of 5 (that's right, FIVE) BYC 2022 Calendars!

It's easy to enter, just reply to this thread & attach (upload) your pictures!

Rules:

  1. All entries must be submitted to this thread.
  2. Four entries per member. An entry is *one* picture of your chicken/s devouring a treat/s. One entry per post, please.
  3. The picture needs to have been taken by you.
  4. You cannot use a photo that won an award in another BYC sponsored contest.
  5. No overly-edited or filtered images—basic editing such as cropping and other subtle changes are allowed.
  6. Extra consideration for picture quality!
  7. No people in the picture (no faces, fingers, hands, arms, etc.).
  8. No screenshots, and no watermarks, date stamps, text, etc. on the picture.
  9. ALL pictures MUST be uploaded to BYC and not hosted on other image sites, personal websites, etc.
  10. Prizes are limited to one per person per contest.
  11. Open to all BYC members.
  12. All BYC rules apply: Terms of Service (Rules)
  13. Entries will be accepted until December 31st at 11:59 PM Pacific Time.
There will be 5 winners and each will receive a copy of the beautiful BYC 2022 Calendar (Free shipping continental US) or a 3-month PFM.

We made this cake for our hens at Christmastime...

We frosted it with vanilla yogurt mixed with cream cheese and decorated it with dried cranberries! THEY LOVED IT!

We also cut down a little tree in the woods and strung cheese popcorn and cranberries and put the garlands on it. We also added orange slices. They loved that too!
