I want ice cream so bad today lolSo I am not fully caught up but saw that R2elk said squats are bad for your knees?! Is that true? I haven’t done any recently but that exercise has always been my favorite since I have strong legs.

Squats done incorrectly or overdone (too many for your musculature) are indeed bad for your knees. Jump squats are super bad for your knees if not done properly and if your muscles aren't strong enough to protect your joints.So I am not fully caught up but saw that R2elk said squats are bad for your knees?!
