Arizona doesn't go on daylight savings time. I don't know if any other states are like that. So when the time changes, we all change. I wish they would stop with the clock changing. It's annoying.

Right know i think most of the EST time zone is observing EDST, like we are observing pacific daylight savings time. so since we are on PDST it is 2 hours behind EST
