So, last night when I ran the numbers, I got to this date/time:

4/16/2020 8 PM EASTERN TIME

... I just ran the numbers again and got
4/16/2020 8 PM EASTERN TIME

I'm very surprised it was the same!

That's my newest best-guess, but that's based on 270 peeps joining every 24 hours at a consistent rate... which isn't really accurate.

... so, we'll just have to see what happens

No I chose 2am as in after midnight tonight
