You can search the thread for the date, and then scroll through the times.

True, but with different date formats and the range of dates possible, it would probably be just as easy to go in post order and mark them down.

It shows clearly on the first post how a guess should be entered. I believe if done wrongly the answers get dismissed. So it's important that everyone read that post and answer as it states. I see lots need to correct their guesses.
