I made the lobster Benedict today!
I'm scared to even look this up to see what it is. Just hearing the words poached egg had me gagging.
 
Why? Do you not like runny yolks or something?
Runny yolks don't bother me at all.
Maybe I misunderstanding what approach to egg is...
I thought it was mentioned that a poached egg has runny whites too.
I can't even type runny white without gagging.
