Welcome to the Official BYC Mini-Contest
The Great Egg Sandwich Challenge!​

We want to see your favorite egg sandwich. Let it be scrambled, egg salad, fried (over-easy, sunny-side-up, etc.), boiled, poached, etc. Share your best egg sandwich pictures for a chance to win 1 of 5 (that's right, FIVE) BYC 2022 Calendars!

It's easy to enter, just reply to this thread & attach (upload) your egg sandwich picture along with a written list of ingredients used to make it. The sandwich must include an egg and bread, or a bread-like product, and both the egg and the bread must be visible.

Rules:

• All entries must be submitted to this thread.
• Four entries per member. An entry is *one* picture of an egg sandwich that you made. One entry per post, please.
• The egg sandwich must have egg and bread, and both must be visible.
• Egg = scrambled, egg salad, fried (over-easy, sunny-side-up, etc.), boiled, poached, etc.
• Bread = sliced bread, bagel, muffin, biscuit, tortilla, pita, roll, etc.
• You must include a written list of the ingredients used.

Spoiler: More Rules - Please Read

1. The picture needs to have been taken by you.
2. You cannot use a photo that won an award in another BYC sponsored contest.
3. No overly-edited or filtered images—basic editing such as cropping and other subtle changes are allowed.
4. Extra consideration for picture quality!
5. No people in the picture (no faces, fingers, hands, arms, etc.).
6. No screenshots, and no watermarks, date stamps, text, etc. on the picture.
7. ALL pictures MUST be uploaded to BYC and not hosted on other image sites, personal websites, etc.
8. Prizes are limited to one per person per contest.
9. Open to all BYC members.
10. All BYC rules apply: Terms of Service (Rules)
11. Entries will be accepted until November 30th at 11:59 PM Pacific Time.

There will be 5 winners and each will receive a copy of the beautiful BYC 2022 Calendar!​

The calendar is available to winners that reside in the United States. Winners outside the United State will be awarded a 1-month PFM.

My egg sandwich from Paradise,
On fresh baked bread with an onion slice....

I used a cookie cutter in the skillet and poured the egg into it. The egg came out so thick, I sliced it in half and it then fit the bread nicely.

Ingredients used:
Pea egg, artisan roll, cheddar cheese, avocado, and lemon-pepper.
