THIS IS NOT MY ENTRY! But I thought I would share my failed attempt, stay tuned tomorrow for an actual entry and better photograph.
i had cooked my sausage, egg and cheese, placed it on my bagel and toasted that in the pan a bit more, and turned around to put it on the plate when i tripped over my antique dog and in an attempt to not fall on her or drop a hot cast iron pan on her, I crashed into the dishwasher. Half the sausage and one half of the bagel went flying with cheese (bonus for the dog, and exactly what she was after) I dented the dishwasher and caught the remainder of the sandwich in my hand . All told I think it came out pretty well! And I DID NOT over cook my yolk.
