Lampshade is a great idea - and something anyone could do - paint, punch, stamp or just glue and shapes -

Okay, because of the incredible talent showcased so far, I have begun working on my masterpiece. So far I have paper, a pencil, 457 erasers, a chosen coloring medium, and an idea. Now it's time for a deep breath and very creative margarita.

These are great.  For the horses - was the inspiration real or from a pic?

I assume not entries?  


I Love seeing the art, but to help with judging it would be best for all to clearly identify Entry vs Not Entry..

I used a pic- I don't have any horses so it would have taken a very long time!

A friend who has been a professional artist always uses pics to create her work. I used one for the infamous chicken butt painting

Those 2 buffs would not pose for me.

Okay....I've worked very hard on this this morning. So far I have cleared a work spot on the kitchen table. Now I sit with pencil in hand, staring at the clean white sheet of paper and it's been 45 minutes. Still no chicken. When can I expect one? Are there magic words to make a chicken appear? I'm waiting patiently but so far I still have blank sheet and nothing has shown up. No chicken. Nowhere. Pass me another Margarita...waiting for a chicken to get here is boring.

Try drawing a likeness of the chicken you are summoning- It will hasten the process.
