Ended Official BYC-Mini Contest - Post a pic of your chickens with your other

This is our macaw Trixie with our chickens when they were just tiny chicks in the brooder, she was fascinated with them.

My husband came in the house and told me I needed to go out and check out Nia, so I did and she was in the middle of all the chickens at one point. Nia use to sit and lick her chops when they were just chicks so we were worried that she would be difficult to leave them alone, But she has never offered to harm them or chase them.
 
Kitty keeping an eye on Kaia, Olive Egger pullet that my first broody hatched on Mother's Day, 2013. She was brought inside since she started limping, which turned to not being able to walk at all, and, unfortunately...she is no longer with us :(

This girl ended up kicking the dog off the couch and then laid an egg on the cushion.



Kitty doesn't know what to make of this intruder.
