Everyone seems to be gaining weight this year, I think it's a Covid thing
... I think that my last (note-worthy) gain was last year.
That being said, I still need to lose some.
Well... I think that I'll try going on walks again. And also try harder to not slip on the snowy driveway. Especially in front of the neighbor's house. I don't think that they notice, but still.
(Also, they have a prickly little Sebright cockerel. He just glares and shuffles at me now, but I still don't want to give him any ideas.)
(I call him ankle-biter. He's real cute.)
 
My friend is -- to me, at least -- very skinny. If I hug my sister around the shoulders, I can grab my arms a bit above my wrists.
If I hug my friend around the shoulders, I can grab my elbows.
She feels so fragile....
Of course, I can use this as an excuse to make really, really rich foods when I see her. She isn't underweight (supposedly) but she's definitely slender.
Everyone has a different ideal weight. Some be slender, some be athletic, some be heavier.
