What if it was a curable disease? Would you give the injection?

If its cocci or mites I treat anything else gets culled It not worth the price for a cheap bird that can be replaced.

I will never be injecting either in to any of my birds.

Same, I kinda lose control over them at that point. I can't eat the eggs or meat so... then why have them, also you can't sell them for weeks after giving it to them. If they were pets that is different, but they are not.

Never done it but I will do it… after all I am in vet class to learn how to.

I haven’t vaccinated my chickens, but have given them medications with injection once or twice.

I've only done oral meds going by @casportpony info on how to do it.

Ive given Tylan before, the rooster was too far gone for it to help, but id try it again any day of the week if itd give them a chance to live

I'd be afraid, but would probably do it if I had no choice. Honestly, though, I'd rather pay a vet to do it, if possible. I'm more afraid of hurting them than the injection itself!
