other: I sell to regular customers via a community-supported-agriculture / veg box scheme. I add my cartons to their boxes and they leave the money in mine. :)
interesting!

For cooking:

Eggs Benedict, flourless chocolate cake, chocolate souffle, old fashioned pound cake (it freezes perfectly) and oodles of egg meals (scrambled, fried, etc.)

Oh yum. And also, YUM. And your recipes are available where, exactly? 😉

Oh bummer, sorry to hear about your back! 😟 Hope you are back on your feet soon. So do you have suggestions for extra eggs? Do you get a lot more than you can use?
Not yet. In the past I have. I wound up putting them in a feed bowl and setting them on top of the coop. The Ravens appreciated some protein.

I will have quite a few Birds. Wellsummers, Sumatras, Guinea Fowl. Muscovy ducks and hopefully a pair of turkeys.

I have plans for blown eggs for art . Also I can buy already blown and sterilized eggs of a larger size. Ostrige, Emu, etc. If you blow out the egg from the shell you can use it for scrambled eggs or freeze them for recipes in Ice trays. I also have plans for errant feathers... LOL.

Wow its almost 2 AM. I need to be up at five.
