What chicken later those beautiful blue eggs? And how many chickens do you have to be able to get that many eggs?

Azure Blues, Whiting True Blues, Easter Eggers (sometimes), and a few others I believe will lay blue eggs. Depending on the breed of the hen, you will get an average of 3 to 5 eggs a week per hen (maybe more, maybe less). So figure out how many eggs you want, and times that by the number of chickens
