Official BYC Poll: Where Do Your Chickens Dust Bathe?

Mine dust bath in a specific area I've made for, with dirt, wood ash and DE. It seems they appreciate it very much, but it isn't covered.

There are is a dry spot in the yard that they use to dust bath.

Mine dust bathe at the corner of the house.... Also beside the coop also in the woods nearby.
Also, is it just my birds or do y'all's just lay down in random places and chill?
Like on my front porch where they usually don't go? Lol

Mine have formed an alliance with my Great Pyrenees. She digs the holes and they search for dirt spaghetti(earth worms) followed by a luxurious dust bath. Owner fills the holes, and all aforementioned animals repeat the process to their satisfaction.

They like to dust bath in the sandy areas where the hose has been dipping or the pig dumped his water out. They also like to dust bath in the deep liter area. Or the goats pen.

I know it's a bit off topic (ok, a lot off topic, but) OH MY GAWD, A YURT! How do you like living in it?

I love the yurt it’s great we built it at first for my brother and his wife and my nephews but for 4 people it wasn’t big enough so they bought a house in town and I moved into the yurt since it’s just me and the pets.
