This is Schnabel AKA Bill. He's a sólo hatch. He's in the same enclosure but he's five weeks older. They want to follow him around and he wants to run from them. He'll beg to be picked up just to get away from them.

Other Fowl Photo Contest​

We want to see your fabulous spring photos of your "other fowl"! The rules are simple: feature any waterfowl, turkey, peafowl, quail, pheasant, guinea fowl, etc. in your photo. Sorry, no chickens allowed. If you have chicken photos, please enter them here. Additional animals are allowed, but the "other fowl" must be the star! No humans, please. If we get enough photos, we will have a set of winners for waterfowl and a set of winners for other poultry. Get those geese a' primping and those cameras snapping!

Entering is easy, just post your photos in this thread!

The rules:

1. All entries must be submitted/posted to this thread.
2. Three entries per member (an entry is one picture)
3. One entry & picture per post.
4. All waterfowl, turkeys, peafowl, quail, pheasants, guinea fowl, emu, etc. Sorry, no chickens allowed. If you have chicken pictures, please enter them here.
5. You cannot use a photo that won an award in another BYC sponsored contest
6. No people allowed in the photo.
7. The picture needs to have been taken by you.
8. No overly-edited images—basic editing such as cropping and other subtle changes are allowed.
9. No watermarks, date stamps, text, etc. on the picture.
10. Extra consideration for picture quality and creativity!
11. ALL pictures MUST be uploaded to BYC and not hosted on other image sites, personal websites, etc.
12. Open to all BYC members. Staff & VPMs may enter for fun but are not eligible for prizes.
13. Prizes are limited to one per person per contest.
14. All BYC rules apply: Terms of Service (Rules)
15. Entries will be accepted until May 31st, 2021 at 11:59 PM Pacific Time.
