so Betty the turken EE, and Paige the EE, are on lockdown as of yesterday... i decided to crack it open and scoot them so i could see the eggs easier through the windows...

they had settled in from me sliding them, and Paige started rocking... WooT!!! i was pretty sure she was still good, and that confirmed it... i think i saw Betty wobbling a little bit too... but i saw her dancing in her shell when i candled...

I actually lockdown tonight. DH just bought a super high powered led light for one last look in the eggs before lockdown. lol He's so excited. He really wants that black copper Maran roo!

Technowarden, I'm sad for your babies. My last hatch, only 1 of 9 hatched, and it made me so sad. Before that, my previous hatch I had all nonfertile eggs for some reason and threw away 10 eggs on day 10. I think it hurts worse though, when they hatch, and don't make it. *hugs*

The third Delaware-x just popped a hole in the shell. Looks like we have pipping in progress and I'll be Momma to 3 by morning.

Looks like one of the babies is bearded and muffed, so it's a Chanticleer baby!
