offshore fishing

yep, it ended up being worth the wait... had to reschedule 3 times to get it in, bad for an inshore trip. When we got there it was flooding this time, high winds, and tornadoes too, never thought we'd get it in. A micro burst hit the marina at 3 am that night. Tore boats loose, ripped up the dock boxes and everything. when we got up my capt. buddy had lost his dock locker that was bolted to the decks, !!! but it was a beautiful day, would have never known what went on the night before...
got that out of my system, now it's time to go stretch out the 34' Yellowfin and head to the stream. Just waiting on a weather day now

Come on down we run offshore for blue marlin black marlin and sails galore sails in the 120# class all day long come down in oct and we can go offshore and cast poppers for yellow fin tuna on spinning gear it's a rush ! A days fishing in turn for some hatching eggs ? The bite is always good off quepos costa rica pura Vida !

finally got out to the gulf stream Friday. It was on fire, no weed to speak of and still had 30 dolphin in just 5 hours of fishing and a lot of lost fish due to everyone on the boat being thier first time trying it with me, could of limited the boat out if we tried hard, but was running out of ice... oh had a 80 pound cobia too from a quick tower stop on the run in.... man I love blue water!
