It's a real thing. It's happened every month for many years.
I didnt have another female to talk personal stuff with for way longer than I can think of. I fixed the problem after it kept getting worse. Not surgery, thankfully!
I did! 😁 and I didn’t end up needing to get up early so I fell back asleep a couple times and had a great sleep :lau 😁 also tried a different side of the bed last night and pillow so no headache this morning. 😁 that could be the good sleep too though. 🤔

No but it didn’t exist then. And also I don’t think it’s really a symptom or anything as much as me just being used to big meals cause when I do eat my usual, I’m fine and not hungry. But I should probably go back but I haven’t yet cause the insurance got messed up and now it’s Christmas

In the middle of the page write the current (today) type symptoms, all possible ones too.

Now think back & on the previous page write down any different o es over this week OR the "ebb & flow" of them. If there is any pain I like to suggest using the 0-10 scale ( we can debate this later)

On previous page to this one write the last week plus up to the first recollection of your first experience....

Now that this is quickly written down in the middle of each page you can return to this in the coming days and add to them as clarity and your memory decide to bring them to light.

This practice shouldn't take more than 15 to 20 minutes right now to get all that written & caught up to now - as it were....

Trouble is it’s hard to tell what’s actual symptoms and what’s just me overeating and not moving and my body being used to that. And also while I do definitely have a problem with overeating and need to work on it, I am also just a lot bigger (not even weight, just height and frame wise) than most people and need more food in general, like a Great Dane wouldn’t eat the same as a faker 😂 I get really sick and weak if I don’t eat enough or often enough. But I do need to focus on eating actual meals instead of snacks and ice cream 😂🙈 Ive actually been better about the ice cream lately. I think if I just ate a few normal meals, it’d be way better. I actually did just eat brunch and it was delicious and much more my speed 😂 ham, spinach, and cheese omelette with a couple pieces of toast. No pics cause I messed the omelette up and broke it (every time I try to do it the “right” way, this happens 😂😭) but was still delicious. Used Colby Jack cheese in it this time. :love I haven’t had an omelette in a while so I figured I would instead of fried eggs! And hopefully this will keep me full all day. 😁😁 not time to write stuff down as I gotta go now.
