thighs .69/lb) Raise my own beef and a small garden. I’m 5-600/month for a family of four.

Start charging them rent. Open a bank account for each. Deposit the rent they pay into their accounts. When they move out, give them the accounts as a jump start for their new lives. Think of it as forcing them to save money.

When I graduated High School in ‘99, Dad asked me if I was going to college. I said no. He said ‘OK. This month is on me. Starting next month is 400 bucks a month plus 200 for groceries.’

i just finished paying off my “covid” loans to oldest ds.....he has like 6k in the bank already
