Sounds good!I made a skillet fry the other night. I fried the venison in a separate skillet from the veggies.
I added the veggies by how long they would fry before going limp. I had potatoes, sweet potatoes, Lima beans, carrots, onions for veggies.
I only used a little olive oil and seasoned with Worcester sauce, crushed peppers, salt and pepper. Everything was still crunchy. It was super, I thought.
Of course, the venison was fried to perfection like civilized people eat meat..
I'm sure it will come as a shock, but I will eat my venison med-rare. Most of the time I cook it to just before well-done.
