ALSO!!! I thought the picture of the stuff in the pan was seafood too at first and I was like that doesn’t look like seafood.....

LOL! I didnt think to take pix until much later. The pot had a shredded roast, potatoes, carrots, sweet potatoes, and a roux with mireproux (sp?) (onions, celery, carrots)

She said mixed seafood so I assumed it is scallops and shrimp and such

Yup. It had shrimp, scallops, calamari, octopus, mussels and oysters. I couldnt take a before picture because of the teensy octopus .

That roast sounds DELICIOUS!!!

And the seafood sounds interesting!! A lot of people eat all that stuff!! But not me. I would have loved to have seen the octopus though!! LOL

No . Its an internet pic of a full sized one. Mine are in another pic a couple of posts later. MUCH smaller. . The kiddo insisted we keep them when we first bought them and after I had a melt down once I figured out what we just bought
I told him that if they crawl out if their tank and want snuggles in the middle of the night I do not want to hear it They are air breathers and apparently can “walk”
