The phone vs. e-mail is a great idea. I'll do that. I had never been scammed before and my first reply said "Can I have the whole cojver?" I had no knowledge of this word, looked it up to find there was no such word in any language. I replied with "What is a cojver? Suddenly I realized by replying he had my e-mail address and he's the one with the rock-hard erections link.

I have friends who are spelling challenged and I feel for those who are but - IT DRIVES ME NUTS.
Although they don't prevent all misspellings - TRY SPELL CHECK - before you put yourself out there as perhaps uneducated.
That way any slip ups could be construed as a typing error.

In all fairness I have an old farmer friend that spells phonetically. He farmed his whole life and didn't master spelling but either way, he's still the sweetest old man out there...if he can spell or not. The health dept. started making us list ingrediants in any baked goods, I always like to go see what he's got cuz he's just so darn cute for an old grandpy. I'll accept him the way he is.

This is one that I saw the other day but I felt sorry for the dog. After reading this, wondered what is the poor dog good for if he is not good for what is listed.

I agree, it doesn't make a person good or bad. I am sometimes amazed at my friends _some of whom are well educated _ who pay no attention to details or who even think it's funny that they can't spell well.
And, phonetically is a great place to start.
It's just clear some don't even give it that much effort.

I'm sure he's great with sheep and cattle. He just likes to eat chicken as much as I do.

I think I want that dog. Is he in Louisiana?

Yes, he is in Louisiana. I thought the same thing when I read it. I felt so sorry for him. I wanted to get him but I kept reading over and over and over about him not being good with chickens and I have TOOOOOOOOO many chickens to take a chance with him. I'm sad for him. I hope that he goes to a great home.

kuntrygirl 13 weeks is so young - a baby - he just needs someone to spend some time with him and take the time to train him. Of course he is no good with chickens - no puppy is and he is a puppy, pups are quick, chickens do not like "quick" so tend to run - then pup chases. Time and training he will be a GREAT dog.

If I was closer, I would grab him up in a heart beat!
