Hi, selling my hand made chicken coop that comes with everything you need for a small scale chicken/bird operation. The coop and run are 12' long 4' wide and 5'3" tall. It is fully insulated, shingled on the outside, has perches, plastic linoleum floor for easy clean out and a nesting box inside. Im also throwing in the feeder, waterer, heat lamp and 2 banty hens and 3 roosters. These little guys are a lot of fun and the hens are very close to laying, all are friendly. Or the ad be for a trio and I always mention it is for THE TRIO... "not breaking them up, sold as one trio" and I get emails of people "How much for the hens. I have a rooster"

You could always quote them a price that's higher than if they bought the trio. It would be a win if they went for it.
