Seeking fresh, dead, preferably frozen poultry unless same-day death for a large-scale taxidermy project.

condition of bird(s) must be as follows:
-no rotting birds, yuck. less than 24 hours dead unless frozen
-no extensive damage to skin, body whole
-no young birds, or as few pin feathers as possible
-broken necks OK, headless not OK
-live birds OK
-max 5 birds/person at a time

I don't want to know how they died, I just need the bodies, so if you need to cut down on your barnyard stock a little, go for it.

ew. I actually got a call from a movie production assistant, she was so scared to ask but did! She called to ask for dead chickens/rabbits (skins only technically needed), for a movie scene gave her all our chicken feet and heads from processing (sorry hollywood we eat the rest!) and she was sooooo happy to "make" fake bodies ew
